Exchange and Return Policy

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND IN CASE OF ANY INCONVENIENCES WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP. WE ARE READY TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT IN the CONDITIONS.

All items must be in their original packaging with proper product and original fitted conpany tags intact, All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition. Original receipts would need to be included:

We don't accept the exchange on the basis of likings.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. WE DO NOT REFUND IN ANY CONDITION, WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE.

RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

We have 3 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY. In case of defected/damaged product, complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of product. Items to be exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags or jewellery box. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

1. Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ' KFOXY Account ' . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Store credit once issued canot be refunded back in Bank/Card/Wallet etc.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or in case desired size and color is unavailable customer can choose from other product list as per customer choice.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The KFOXY and accept The KFOXY decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases..

Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

We only replace items if they are defective, size issue or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, click on Return/Exchange tab to initiate process. Exchange can be done once with Rs100 shipping charges.

On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.

IN CASE OF SIZING ISSUE

We send the exact size you purchase but still if it doesn't fits you, we accept exchange but the customer has to bear any extra cost incurred in exchange like shipping charges and pickup charges.

VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 03 days of the delivery. There could be a difference in the motifs as all the products on www.kfoxy.com are hand embroidered. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES) There could be a difference in color due to lighting effects or due to screen resolution and color balance. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES) Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable. No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
