Returns & Exchange Policy (For India Only)

We offer a straightforward return and exchange process for a ONE TIME exchange only. Please read the following conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility Window & Type of Return:

For General Returns (e.g., changed your mind): We have a strict no-refund policy for personal preference. If approved, the resolution is a Store Credit Coupon. A request must be initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

For Defective or Incorrect Products: An exchange is offered only if the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if a wrong product is delivered. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for an Approved Return:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Required*

For any claims of damage, defect, or incorrect product, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package being opened from its original sealed state. Complaints without this video will not be accepted.

Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and untempered condition.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned packed securely in its original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.).

Warehouse Verification: All returned items are subject to inspection. Our team's decision on the exchange approval will be final.

3. The Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Step 1: Email us at supportkfoxy@gmail.com within the required time. Your subject line must contain your Order Number. Please state the reason and attach photos and the mandatory unboxing video.
  2. Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
  3. Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a chargeable reverse pickup.
  4. Step 4: Once the product passes our quality check, we will process your store credit or replacement.

4. Non-Eligible Items:

Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for general returns.

Custom-made pieces and items on sale are considered final sale.

Return Resolution & Store Credit

For General Returns: The approved resolution is a Store Credit Coupon, less any pickup and packaging costs.

For Defective/Incorrect Products: The approved resolution is a free replacement of the product.

Store Credit: The coupon will be valid for 6 months

ONE YEAR Repair Policy

We offer one year repair policy for accessories purchased from our website. The service may be subject to a minimal fee and applicable shipping charges.

Handcrafted Nature: Most products are handcrafted, and slight variations are a natural part of the process, not a defect.
